I *loved* Goodwill...the prices, the selections, the convenience. But found out today our Goodwill won't sort clothes by sizes anymore. Sorry Goodwill, if it's too much work to sort by sizes, you can be sure it's not worth our time sorting thru six rows of shirts to find the sizes we're looking for. And getting together my donations to bring to you is just, you know, too much work. One star: retail fail.
