On particularly bad day for me was turned around by a team member behind the counter. My car battery wasn't holding a charge so I had to leave work early to get it into the shop, I stop by Jimmy John's on the way and have to leave my car running and my door ajar as I run in.
This is the pinnacle of what a Jimmy John's should be. Smiles welcome you as you walk in, orders taken right away and by the time you're done filling up your drink your sandwich is waiting for you.
I order my sandwich and just luck on timing I suppose the kid just hands it to me and says don't worry about it. I was in shock but my spirits were immediately lifted. I've since been back at least twice a week and will continue to give them my business. Solid management and even better employees. They never make a mistake and faster than should be possible.
I placed my order at 11:29 and received confirmation through email. Got there at 11:48 and nothing was made. The woman there said “oh, I guess the receipt never printed.” I will never order from this location again. SLOW and not a clue what’s going on.
Great sandwiches (and unwhiches). Quick friendly services, one of the best chain subs.
The receipt even says reprint. I bet they just threw the order away.
We frequent this place. Jimmy John's in general is pretty awesome, but I especially like this one. The employees are fantastic! Monday was $1 sandwich day, which would stress most businesses to max, but this place seemed to be having a blast! They're incredibly fast (like all Jimmy Johns are). We don't eat out much due to the additives and junk most places put in the food. I appreciate that Jimmy John's is honest about their ingredients, and I appreciate the fact that their ingredients are safe to consume. :)
Fresh and delicious food at a reasonable price. Used the app to complete a pickup order and was impressed at how quick and easy it was to get my order and go.
