Needed a car in a pinch and Hertz was absolutely amazing. The cars were all priced within and mostly under KBB value. There was no need to haggle. However, given my immediate unexpected need I had to request some help from them on the price/valuation of my own car and they met that need. Probably the best car buying experience I've had. Customer service was world class! The car smelled like smoke a little bit. Other than that it got me where I needed to go and checking in and out is always so easy with Hertz. I never have to wait long. Thanks for making it easy Hertz! Your staff is amazing!
Great service and even better prices. I was weary when they said "no-haggle pricing" on their website. But there wasn't a need to haggle at all! I got a 2016 Elantra for around $3K less than the average KBB price!
